IMPORTANT INFORMATION

LEAVE IT AT HOME

No alcoholic drinks can be brought into the festival. The beer tent will be selling a good range of real ales, bottled beers, draught lagers, and wine for sale at reasonable prices so you will not go thirsty.
Absolutely no glass is allowed. This is due to both health and safety and for licensing reasons. We have to be strict about this so please don't be offended if our stewards ask to check your bag.

BRING IT WITH YOU

Although we have a range of handpicked festival caterers on site, you are welcome to bring soft drinks and a picnic but glassware is not permitted on site so please decant if need be. The money from sales of food, drink and merchandise enables this to be a free event so please do bring your wallets with you.

CHAIRS AND GAZEBOS

Please feel free to bring folding chairs and blankets and make yourselves comfortable. Some of the performers are more of a sit down affair but just as many will have people up dancing. We ask that chairs are kept back beyond certain points so there's room for both the seated and standing (there will be signs and stewards to show you). You may also bring gazebos to provide some shelter from sun or rain but the line for these will be even further back from the main stage.

BBQ

NOT PERMITTED AT ANY TIME
